Which all venders are supporting MPI-2 process creation and management
features? I know that it is not supported at Blue Gene/L and Blue Gene/
P. which means it is not supported in IBM version of MPI lib. To my
knowledge HP version of MPI has all MPI-2 features in it but
unfortunately we don't have it on any of our machines. I don't
understand even after so many years why it's not there!!!

NEC's MPI/SX for the SX vector machines support all of MPI-2,
including process creation
Open-MPI [1] and MPICH-II [2] give full MPI-2 suppurt, too. [3]

[3] You can use these MPI implementations without buying a NEC SX
vector machine. ;-)
